      1. Minutes \u2013 Gayle: November 20, 2014 Minutes were Approved by Board.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

         <\/p>\n

        1. Treasurer\u2019s report \u2013 Dru: November, 2014 – Income: $ 5,631.66; Expenses: $5,425.33;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Gain: $   206.33. Last year at this time of year we were showing big losses \u2013 so we<\/p>\n

          are turning things around OK.<\/p>\n

           <\/p>\n

          1. President\u2019s report – Jim K.: Welcome to our new Board member, Jim J.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Klara S. will be missed at our Board meetings! Thank you for your years of service!<\/p>\n

             <\/p>\n

            1. Intergroup report: Jim K. reported there was good attendance at November<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              Intergoup \u2013 maybe close to 30.<\/p>\n

               <\/p>\n

              1. Office Manager\u2019s report: Marcella<\/li>\n
              2. Total office calls in November: _126<\/span>_   12 Step __2<\/span>__<\/li>\n
              3. New Winter meeting lists are available. Thank you to those who helped fold.<\/li>\n
              4. Marcella will be off the week of December 22, 2014 and Cheryl will be working.<\/li>\n
              5. Inventory is scheduled for January 17, 2015. Volunteers will be helping.<\/li>\n
              6. The CSO financial situation was tedious the last couple of months. Contributions have improved and sales have improved, but continued improvement is essential to keeping our office open.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                 <\/p>\n

                  \n
                1. Old Business:   We will continue looking for an alternate to keep on deck for the CSO  Board – possibly an Alanon member.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  Spring Fling accommodations were discussed in detail. Jim K. will check out the facilities and talk with representatives to find a secure area for our use.<\/p>\n

                   <\/p>\n

                  1. New Business: Annual voting on CSO Board Officer\u2019s. Our 2015 Officer\u2019s are   Neil L., President; Craig L., Vice-President; Dru F., Treasurer; Gayle A., Secretary.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    A huge THANK YOU to Jim K. for his many years of service as President of the<\/p>\n

                    CSO Board. We appreciate your guidance and leadership and are grateful you<\/p>\n

                    will continue as a Board Member.<\/p>\n
