Paid CO $30 for rent (July &#8211; December)<\/p>\n<p>Ending Balance: $129.86<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>City County Jail: Some potential volunteers have submitted applications &amp; are going through background checks<\/li>\n<li>Community Corrections Center: Tuesday night men\u2019s in-house 12 step study continues with a small but dedicated group of inmates<\/li>\n<li>D&amp;E: Attendance at Wednesday&#8217;s meeting is smaller. Facility has requested new literature (see new business)<\/li>\n<li>RTC: Saturday night meeting is going well with a core group of 10-12 inmates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Old Business: NONE<\/p>\n<p>New Business:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bill requests 5 hardback Big Books for D&amp;E. Motion made and passed.<\/li>\n<li>Joe requests 2 hardback 12x12s for CCCL. Kj will contact before next meeting (St. Marks on the Campus Episcopal Church)<\/li>\n<li>Contact SCC about coming out to speak again<\/li>\n<li>SuperFair will reach out when new vendor info is available for 2017<\/li>\n<li>Mental Health Awareness Walk coming up Sept 30 &#8212; Alyssa attending<\/li>\n<li>Support for 5th Floor at St. Elizabeth\u2019s (new PICPC member who works on this floor)\n<ul>\n<li>Discussion on how to help:\n<ul>\n<li>Meeting lists, grapevines, 20 questions pamphlet and 2 big books (Alyssa &amp; Kj will get this for Ebony)<\/li>\n<li>Ebony will ask how the committee can be helpful (having a Q&amp;A session, etc?)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Discussion on education needed for St. Moncia\u2019s (what AA does and doesn\u2019t do)<\/li>\n<li>Pockets donated some \u201cThis Is AA\u201d pamphlets in Braille to the committee (after meeting disbanded)\n<ul>\n<li>Motion made to donate these to the Accessibilities committee at Area.
