{"id":1879,"date":"2018-04-11T11:30:15","date_gmt":"2018-04-11T16:30:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lincaa.org\/?p=1879"},"modified":"2020-05-12T12:15:15","modified_gmt":"2020-05-12T17:15:15","slug":"intergroup-meeting-minutes-february-2018-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lincaa.org\/?p=1879","title":{"rendered":"Intergroup Meeting Minutes \u2013 March 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>March 29<sup>th<\/sup> 2018 Intergroup, 6:30<\/p>\n<p>12 in attendance<\/p>\n<p>Jim \u2013 Traditions<\/p>\n<p>Nicole read old minutes<\/p>\n<p>Treasures Report: March Balance $3,753.03.&nbsp; Available Funds are $1,091.56.&nbsp; Please see attached report for any questions.<\/p>\n<p>Corrections: Beginning balance of $209.30 + Intergroup Check of $57.95.&nbsp; Currently needing volunteers everywhere, contact Bill with any questions.<\/p>\n<p>Treatment: No money spent, there were 4 people at last meeting.&nbsp; Still looking for volunteers for bridging the gap.&nbsp; Currently having roughly 40 bridging the gap requests per month.<\/p>\n<p>PICPC: Read minutes, please see attached minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Hotline: There were 22 calls outside of central office business hours during the week of March 16 \u2013 March 22<sup>nd<\/sup>. &nbsp; Discussed putting hotline phone numbers in contacts so calls are being answered \u2013 one call tried eight numbers before getting an answer. &nbsp; Jim brought up the idea of texting people to remind them they are on the hotline list for certain hours.<\/p>\n<p>Website: When meetings are updated Central Office will send word doc to website chair.&nbsp; We will have the ability to choose what we want on our website (al anon, committee meetings, central office info).&nbsp; Meeting list should always be current.<\/p>\n<p>Special Events: Looking to create flyer to have a set meeting time every month.&nbsp; Looking for speaker recommendations for July 4<sup>th<\/sup>.&nbsp; Brock is going to contact Bethany Park about renting space.<\/p>\n<p>District 3: Not Present<\/p>\n<p>District 21 : Not Present<\/p>\n<p>District 22: Working on district workshop about Grapevine \u2013 currently in beginning stages.<\/p>\n<p>District 29: Area 41 Reunion, June 1 -3<sup>rd<\/sup> Columbus NE $15.<\/p>\n<p>Alcathon: After buying checks, seed money ~$1,601.&nbsp; WSI is asking $875.00 and want us out by 1:00 am. &nbsp; Looking to have Alcathon and The Bridge loft.&nbsp; Possible issues: Parking, smoking, possibly busy detox night.&nbsp; Going to start promoting after July 1<sup>st<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>Chair: Printed minutes are essential.&nbsp; Please send sanitized minutes to website chair.<\/p>\n<p>Went through Monday meeting list and confirmed active meetings.<\/p>\n<p>New Business:<\/p>\n<p>Possible Cinco De Mayo party \u2013 too soon.<\/p>\n<p>End 7:40.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>March 29th 2018 Intergroup, 6:30 12 in attendance Jim \u2013 Traditions Nicole read old minutes Treasures Report: March Balance $3,753.03.&nbsp; Available Funds are $1,091.56.&nbsp; Please see attached report for any questions.
