{"id":1891,"date":"2018-05-10T14:35:28","date_gmt":"2018-05-10T19:35:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lincaa.org\/?p=1891"},"modified":"2020-05-12T12:12:54","modified_gmt":"2020-05-12T17:12:54","slug":"picpc-report-april-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lincaa.org\/?p=1891","title":{"rendered":"PICPC Report &#8211; April 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>PICPC Committee Notes<\/p>\n<p>4\/10\/18<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Chris L. read traditions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Secretary (Kjerstin E.): Alyssa read old minutes.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span>Minutes were approved and 2<sup>nd<\/sup>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Chair (Alyssa W.): Alyssa attended Intergroup as the PICPC Committee representative, and to give the committee\u2019s report.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span>Also will be getting in touch with Doug K from DHHS to see about possible ways the committee may work with the state.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Treasurer (Luke H.): Luke was not present, but stated there was no change from last month.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Literature (Jessi H.): Kjerstin will be transferring the literature to Jessi this month.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Intergroup: Alyssa attended in March, and communicated the report from Intergroup to the PICPC Committee (see Intergroup minutes). <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Old Minutes:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Alyssa did not yet contact Doug K from DHHS, but will do so by next month.<\/li>\n<li>Cindy is drafting a letter to send to Stephen\u2019s Ministry about ways the PICPC Committee can be of service to the group.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span>Cindy will also send the letter to KVC, Jenda, Cedars, Better Living (providers who support DHHS workers).<\/li>\n<li>Luke will touch bases with the chaplains to see about ways the PICPC Committee can be of service.<\/li>\n<li>Workshop 5\/23 1:00-4:00:<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>All speakers have been confirmed.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span>One speaker change for traditions, it is now Steve U.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span>The speakers are now: Steve U. \u2013 Traditions; Erika \u2013 Service; Mallory \u2013 Transitioning from Treatment to AA; Carter \u2013 Fellowship; Jeremy \u2013 Sponsorship.<\/li>\n<li>Cara G. will be emailing Jessi about Bridging the Gap info to provide to the professionals at the workshop. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>New Minutes:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PICPC Committee Notes 4\/10\/18 Chris L. read traditions Secretary (Kjerstin E.): Alyssa read old minutes.&nbsp; Minutes were approved and 2nd.
