District reports:<\/strong><\/p>\n Bernice\/Mark (03) \u2013 $40 balance. Delayed elections due to a shortage of members. Meets 1st Tuesday of the month.<\/p>\n Chad O\/Jessie (22) \u2013 Elections Nov 2. Mike E. new DCM. GSR workshop within the district. Went over area stuff and meets the 3rd Wednesday of the month<\/p>\n Amy W. (21) \u2013 NA<\/p>\n Albert S. (29) \u2013 Starting balance of $268.68 \/ Elections happened new positions filled Albert new DCM. Went over Area stuff.<\/p>\n Treasurers Report<\/strong>:<\/p>\n Balance forward: $3819.78 Thanks to the groups that contributed.<\/p>\n Mail checks to: Committee Reports:<\/strong><\/p>\n Central Office Committee<\/strong>: Jim C. \u2013 Total office calls to Central office were: 202\/12 Step calls: 2.<\/p>\n Income: 7122.58 \u2013 Expenses: 7900.94 \u2013 Gain: 778.36<\/p>\n Lincoln AA Corrections Committee<\/strong>: Ron R. \u2013 Balance remains $169.30.<\/p>\n (LCF)Needs more Big Books<\/p>\n (CCCL) the in house 12 step study continues to go well.<\/p>\n (Old Business) Books for LCC and pamphlets for CCCL bought. Brandon S will deliver the books and Tom E is delivering the pamphlets.<\/p>\n (New Business) 2012 Total Budget for Corrections Committee: $750<\/p>\n Corrections Committee might also go to intergroup early in 2012 for a request for funding for a workshop, hopefully in conjunction with treatment committee.<\/p>\n Next meeting: Tuesday 6th of December at 6pm Room 2A The Meeting Place 28th and S<\/p>\n Hotline committee: Brian MEMBERS: if you will notice there are numbers and information on the back of the sign-up sheet to further assisting the groups and our responsibilities.<\/p>\n PI\/CPC Committee<\/strong>: \u2013 teaming up with the Independent Center to have a workshop for professionals on what AA is and is not date to be April.<\/p>\n 2012 Total Budget for PI\/CPC is $1000<\/p>\n Treatment Committee<\/strong>: Elections done \/ calling Treatment centers and Non Profits to see if need any literature.<\/p>\n 2012 Total Budget for Treatment Committee: $1000<\/p>\n Website Committee:<\/strong> Ron E. \u2013 No Budget self-supporting<\/p>\n Nov. This will be the last month for this meeting to continue, Bernice says that this meeting has been active since March and there is an average of 10 members a couple of months it failed. The problems seemed to be \u201cgetting the word out\u201d. This meeting is held twice monthly, mentioned that it switch to weekly meeting to keep consistency, asked to be tabled to next meeting.<\/p>\n Robert C: is asking for some volunteers to start up a Lincoln AA Anniversary committee as of right now there is funding but no Anniversary. Robert will be attending all districts to deliver same message.<\/p>\n Meeting closed at 7:30 PM, and we all gathered for the Serenity Prayer.<\/p>\n The next meeting is December 30th @ 6:30 @ Willard Community Center-1245 S.
