Box 6366<br \/>\nLincoln, NE 68506<br \/>\nRespectfully your servant, Dick S., Treasurer<\/p>\n<p><strong>Committee Reports<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Central Office Committee<\/strong>: (Jim K.) \u2013 Meeting April 19, 2012<br \/>\nTreasurer\u2019s Report: Income&nbsp; $7,044.00<br \/>\nExpenses $6,265.99<br \/>\nGain\/Loss&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; $&nbsp;778.01<\/p>\n<p>Old Business<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Still need 1 alternate board member<\/li>\n<li>Jim K will make new wood sign for the CO<\/li>\n<li>Still discussing attending other meeting to discuss CO and it\u2019s role in the community.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>New Business<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>DR voted in as board member<\/li>\n<li>Randy J. resigned from board<\/li>\n<li>Marcella needs help taking out of town orders to PO. Jim and Dru have offered to help.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Next Meeting: May 17, 2012<\/p>\n<p><strong>Corrections Committee<\/strong>: (Ron R.) \u2013 Meeting May 1<br \/>\nBalance&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; $289.30<br \/>\n(Ron did pick up latest disbursement check &#8211; $150 \u2013 but has not been deposited yet. New balance will be: $439.30)<br \/>\n(LCF) \u2013 Joe G. Men\u2019s meetings going well. Chad will check with facility\u2019s staff regarding the status of women\u2019s meetings.<br \/>\n(CCCL) \u2013 Tom E.; Men\u2019s in-house 12 step study on Tuesday night is going well, and has a steady group of inmates attending. Most inmates were released at end of April. Plan is to begin the 12 Step over again with new group of inmates.<br \/>\n(D &amp; E) \u2013 Bill O; Wednesday night meeting are going well \u2013 about 15-18 inmates attend weekly.<br \/>\n(RTC) \u2013 Bill O; Meeting going well (Saturdays). &nbsp;3 outside volunteers and about 15 core group of inmates.<br \/>\n(Old Business) \u2013 Ron will contact Treatment Committee. Need to continue planning for join workshop this fall.<br \/>\n(New Business) \u2013 None<br \/>\n**Next Meeting, Tuesday, June 5 at 6pm \u2013 Meeting place (28th &amp; S), room 2A<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hotline committee<\/strong>: (Brian C.)<br \/>\nCalls \u2013 62<br \/>\nRequesting Meeting Info \u2013 59<br \/>\n12 Step Calls \u2013 3<br \/>\nNot answered \u2013 4<br \/>\n** Passed out new sheets to take to groups. Please have these filled out for June Intergroup meeting. New lists will be in place for July, August, and September.<\/p>\n<p>MEMBERS: &nbsp;Please note, there are numbers and information on the back of the sign-up sheet to further assist the groups and our responsibilities. Suggest to people signing up they save the numbers in their phone so they know it\u2019s the hotline when a call comes through.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PI\/CPC Committee<\/strong>: (Jessi W.) \u2013 Meeting cancelled, nothing to report.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Treatment Committee<\/strong>: (Becky R.)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have money and they intend to spend it.<\/li>\n<li>Discussed creating an email for the committee so when changes are made (with rotations, etc.) people can still get a hold of the committee. Would like to make more use of website capabilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Website Committee<\/strong>: (Ron E.)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Has received updates from Districts 3, 21, 22, 29, Central Office, and lots of old minutes from District 21.<\/li>\n<li>Request: Please don\u2019t put last names or email addresses in minutes, he will have to remove them \u2013 Website requirement, and also anonymity purposes.<\/li>\n<li>Intergroup informed Ron not to post Central Office Bulletins anymore.<\/li>\n<li>What should we do with old ones? Leave them up.<\/li>\n<li>We will just post meeting updates\/changes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Special Events Committee<\/strong>: (Carol)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Balance: $636.24 (Still have lots to buy)<\/li>\n<li>People can donate things for 4th of July<\/li>\n<li>Committee needs: a Chair, secretary, treasurer<\/li>\n<li>Need people to help set up for the 4th of July<\/li>\n<li>Next meeting will be June 17th, 1pm, Highway Diner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For more info on all committee reports visit www.LincAA.org.<\/p>\n<h3>Old Business:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Continued discussion on budgets\/Intergroup funds<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>After looking through check registers, it was discovered Intergroup has not paid rent for 20 months.<\/li>\n<li>Committee representatives will bring budgets for this rotation back and be reevaluated.<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>Lots of discussion on how this all will be done<\/li>\n<li>Request made that if committees are getting quarterly disbursements, each committee needs to be reporting a balance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li>Ron offered to post complete budgets on website, they were not in the Nov. 2011 minutes. (and also offered to post more details on committee pages)<\/li>\n<li>Motion: Committees bring back budgets for 2012 and present them, then Intergroup will make a budget for Intergroup. (Seconded, passes)<\/li>\n<li>Treasurer will catch up with rent on Tuesday, May 29th.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>New Business:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ron (web chair) would still like to post AA events<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>Can Special Events send a list of events<\/li>\n<li>Would like help designating what is AA approved<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>A number of people spoke with him after meeting to help him<\/li>\n<li>Suggested he also talk to Marcella<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li>Also suggested that we spread word that if there is an AA Event, contact Ron and he will post it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li>Dick (treasurer) would like to step down from his position<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>Spread the word to see if anyone is interested.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The next meeting is Friday, June 29 @ 6:30 @ Willard Community Center-1245 S.
