For new business Bernice from district 3 requested information regarding the structure of Inter-Group.<\/p>\n Lincoln AA Corrections Committee: Ron R. \u2013 No report<\/p>\n Hotline committee: MEMBERS: If you will notice there are numbers and information on the back of the sign-up sheet to further assisting the groups and our responsibilities.<\/p>\n PI\/CPC Committee: \u2013 Bought books and will be placing them in all the libraries in town, will be meeting with Independence Center to see if a future workshop can be held. Meeting list and pamphlets are being placed in Hotels and Motels around Lincoln.<\/p>\n Treatment Committee: Calling all members willing to sponsor and give rides for treatment people. Get ahold of those members of this committee there making list for both male and females.<\/p>\n Website Committee: Ron E. \u2013 First email alert sent out in June for those that subscribed on the website. The alerts let you know when there is a meeting change or update and also Inter-group time and day.<\/p>\n Special Events Committee: Matt C. \u2013 No report<\/p>\n For more info on all committee reports visit www.LincAA.org.<\/p>\n Old Business:<\/strong><\/p>\n Jim mentioned that Craig and others were going out to the Lincoln regional center to find out what\u2019s going on about bringing meetings. More info to come.<\/p>\n New Business:<\/strong><\/p>\n Jessie is asking for help with funding from Inter-group to help purchase more books to place in the libraries.<\/p>\n Motion was made to bring back at the next Inter-group meeting. Needed more info on how many books and the costs.<\/p>\n Meeting closed at 7:10 PM, and we all gathered for the Serenity Prayer.<\/p>\n The next meeting is August 26th @ 6:30 @ Willard Community Center-1245 S.
