Intergroup Meeting Minutes – April 2018
April Intergroup Minutes
04/26/2018 – Start at 6:30 PM – 17 in attendance

Treasurer: Check Book Balance as of April 25 2018 – $3,703.44 with available funds of $1,151.87. Please see attached report for further questions.
Corrections: There has been no treasury activity. The balance remains at $267.25. Men and women volunteers are needed for the city county jail. A volunteer is needed for the Monday night meeting. Please see attached report or contact Bill with any questions. This meeting is the 1st Tuesday of the month at 6:00 pm Room 3A at The Meeting Place.
Treatment: Kelly L is no longer doing Bridging the Gap.
PICPC: The treasury balance is the same. The group inquired about instead of doing a stand at the July 4th party, groups doing a short presentation before the speaker. Chris L. is the new intergroup rep. This group meets the second Tuesday of the month at 6:00 pm at the Highway Diner. Please see attached minutes.
Hotline: There were 41 calls to the hotline March 29 – April 14th, with two calls being 12 Step related. All of the calls were answered. The new hotline sheet has hotline phone numbers to expect when receiving hotline calls. If you want off of the hotline list, please call the hotline.
Website: Reminder: Please have your committee secretary send scrubbed meeting minutes to website secretary. It was brought up the intergroup day still listed as the last Friday of the month on the website.
Special Events: Bethany Park has been reserved for the 4th of July and a speaker has been asked. It is planned to get a flyer out in May for this event. Brock brought up the idea of possibly starting a Husker tailgate event. This group is no longer meeting at the Highway Diner on Sundays and is looking for a new spot.
District 3: No one present. This group meets the First Tuesday at 7:00 pm at The Meeting Place.
District 21: Currently planning the Unity Picnic, by the next Intergroup meeting there will be a date selected. This group meets the third Sunday at 4:00 pm in the Bryan West Basement.
District 29: The group meets the second Tuesday at 6:30 in the basement of The Meeting Place.
Chair: Please send scrubbed minutes to the website chair. A reminder that most committees need help and please encourage service.

The pages are there for them to use if they would like.
