  • Alcathon funds are now in Intergroup’s treasury
    • Should the Alcathon and Special Events budgets be held in a separate section, or lumped into Intergroup’s general treasury? 
    • Motion made and passed to table this item until Special Events Chair and groups can add input
  • Hotline Update:
    • Central Office is reviewing hotline sign-up sheets. 
      • Suggestions made 
      • Incoming numbers are included on sign-up sheet
    • Proposed structure would be collecting names every 3 months with a reminder email sent out at the beginning of each time frame advising of service work
      • Start collecting in Sept for Oct-Nov-Dec
    • Suggestion made to disclose previous quarters stats to help fellowship understand how important it is to sign up, as well as making sure to remain available for calls when signed up
