Attendance: Kjerstin, Bernice, Amanda, Jeff, Jessi

  • Still working on getting pamphlets out to hospitals
  • Bernice has a letter typed up to send out to treatment facilities (to provide assistant to STAFF)
    • Will call centers in the next week or so to get a good email to send letter to
    • Has a flier (from GSO, what is AA) to send with it
      • She will send this out the committee members first so we can see it
      • Changed March and May meetings to the 3rd Sunday
      • Kjerstin will send phones lists to Diversion and Probation
      • Drug Court
        • For the first time through meetings: have 1 PICPC member, 1 Drug Court graduate/participant, and someone from treatment committee and/or corrections committee.
        • Meeting will start in March
          • 1st Wednesday of the month at 6:30 p.m.
  • Structure of meeting
    • 10 minutes – speakers/facilitators share story (qualify)
    • 40 minutes – Topic
    • 10 minutes – questions
