    • With $326 Special Events contribution, total Feb contributions: $497.20
  • Available funds (less remaining disbursements for committees): $1,858.76

  • Volunteers needed for all sites

Special Events

  • Recap previous events
    • Feb 9 workshop: around 40 people in attendance. $50 made on raffle. Feedback was the workshop was really good.
  • Upcoming events
    • March 16 – Open Mic Night at the Meeting Place. Doors open at 6. Speaker at 7. Live music after.
    • April 20 – Workshop on spirituality at St. James Church

Treatment

  • Balance is $346.69
  • Discussion about Area Treatment
  • Discussing a workshop forum in October for the fellowship

PICPC

  • Committee continues to look into treasury discrepancy
  • Committee got a debit card for ease of purchases
  • Continuing inventory of pamphlets, literature for packets
  • Plan to bring packets to Intergroup next month so members can see what they contain
  • Committee still working on contacting Employee Assistance for the city and First Plymouth Church
  • Literature provided to Deaf & Hard of Hearing Committee

Website

  • Website has been successfully renewed
  • Need to get into contact with previous chair for email/webmaster login information
  • Looking into mobile friendly version

New Business

  • Special Events inquired as to what the $326 contribution was; Treasurer was not present. Inquiry will be tabled until March 2019
  • Member came to Intergroup with a group concern. Concern did not fall into Intergroup’s service structure; suggestion made to contact DCM or Delegate for questions/concerns.
  • Previous secretary has stepped down; we are in need of a secretary
    • With plenty of Intergroup service opportunities, a service flier could be made
