Members present; Matt C., chair, Carole W., treasurer, Bill, Diane, Nancy.

Balance: $975.00 after $100 deposit for reserving Bethany Park for the 4th of July picnic.

We decided on a speaker, we are in the process of asking. Flyers will be made as soon as the speaker is finalized for the 4th of July picnic.

We briefly discussed a few supplies that are needed.

Next meeting is on Sunday, March, 20th at 1:00pm at the Hi-Way Diner.
