District 22 – June 20, 2018

Attendees- Loren, Ron, Lindsay, Cece, Connie, Trevor, Jack

DCM Report-

  • ●  Area 41 website is back up and running, no new features yet
  • ●  Nov. 10th has been confirmed with St. Matthews for the workshop, 1-4pmTreasurer-
  • ●  Beginning balance- $807.88
  • ●  Deposits- $130
  • ●  Current balance- $937.88
  • ●  Will pay rent this monthIntergroup-
  • ●  Attendance is increasing at IG
  • ●  Corrections committee needs a chairperson and volunteers
  • ●  PICPC discussing attraction vs. promotion
  • ●  Website is consistently being updated
  • ●  The website committee is over budget but that shouldn’t be a problem due to othersbeing under
  • ●  Special events committee is only one person as of now, needs volunteers, ContactBrock
  • ●  Fourth of July picnic will be at Bethany Park- speaker at noon
  • ●  District 21 Unity Picnic will be July 28th
  • ●  Intergroup treasury balance- $3,941.59
  • ●  District 22 still needs an Intergroup rep.Secretary-

    • ○  Get GV rep from Area to speak
    • ○  Ask Scott W. to talk about being published in GV
    • ○  Sunday Night Workshop literature chair
    • ○  Find people who have used Grapevine while incarcerated, hospitalized, or inremote areas, ask your groups about this

  • ●  District 29 still wants to host Delegates Report in Lincoln, should we help host this, or volunteer our time/resources?
