The Website Committee helps maintain Lincoln Intergroup’s online presence so that members, groups, service committees, and people looking for A.A. can easily find current, useful information.
What We Do
The committee helps:
- Maintain and update lincaa.org
- Post Intergroup minutes, committee information, event flyers, and other approved content
- Keep website information current and organized
- Support Lincoln Intergroup committees with website-related needs
- Help ensure the site follows A.A. Traditions, anonymity principles, and applicable copyright requirements
- Review significant website changes and recommendations before they are implemented
The Lincoln Intergroup binder identifies the Website Chair’s basic responsibility simply as maintaining the website and posting flyers and minutes. The existing guidelines add the broader committee responsibilities of website stewardship, security, hosting, permissions, calendar maintenance, and reporting to Intergroup.
Get Involved
A.A. members interested in website content, communications, design, or technology are welcome to participate.
