Central Office Committee: Jim C. – Income: 8412.63 / Expenses: 5724.41 / Gain: 2685.22

Marcella reported that there were a total of 182 calls to the office and 4 12step calls. For new business Bernice from district 3 requested information regarding the structure of Inter-Group.

Lincoln AA Corrections Committee: Ron R. – No report

MEMBERS: If you will notice there are numbers and information on the back of the sign-up sheet to further assisting the groups and our responsibilities.

PI/CPC Committee: – Bought books and will be placing them in all the libraries in town, will be meeting with Independence Center to see if a future workshop can be held. Meeting list and pamphlets are being placed in Hotels and Motels around Lincoln.

Treatment Committee: Calling all members willing to sponsor and give rides for treatment people. Get ahold of those members of this committee there making list for both male and females.

Old Business:

Jim mentioned that Craig and others were going out to the Lincoln regional center to find out what’s going on about bringing meetings. More info to come.

New Business:

Jessie is asking for help with funding from Inter-group to help purchase more books to place in the libraries.

Motion was made to bring back at the next Inter-group meeting. Needed more info on how many books and the costs.

Meeting closed at 7:10 PM, and we all gathered for the Serenity Prayer.

The next meeting is August 26th @ 6:30 @ Willard Community Center-1245 S. Folsom St.
